PagarOK is an employee management platform for attendance, salary, leave, and payment records. Owners, HR, and employees each see the part of the month that belongs to them.
Four ways: a biometric device you already use, a location-checked photo, a face check-in at the gate, or a supervisor entry. A company can use more than one method at the same time.
That is the usual setup. During onboarding we confirm your device model before you switch, so the gate you have today can feed the PagarOK register.
The run starts from attendance and the person’s shift rules, then applies overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, advances, and loans. HR reviews the result, exports a bank file, and shares slips.
PagarOK prepares the earnings and deduction worksheets your accountant needs. Filing with the authorities stays with your compliance partner. The figures do not live in a separate sheet.
On Plus and Scale, the employee app shows attendance, leave balance, and salary slips. People stop asking HR for a photo of last month’s slip.
Plus covers up to five sites. Scale removes that cap and can hold more than one company. Each site keeps its own attendance, and you can still open a combined view.
Yes. Supervisors and employees use Android and iOS. HR can run the month from the web app, including salary review and exports.
You pay a yearly price per employee on the plan you pick. India is billed in rupees. Teams outside India can use the dollar prices. GST is extra on Indian invoices.
